libflatpak0 software package provides Application deployment framework for desktop apps (library), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libflatpak0
libflatpak0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libflatpak0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libflatpak0 *
You will get with libflatpak0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
